Education Votes
Activist,

Congress will be home for a two week recess starting April 8. This is another big opportunity to make sure Members of Congress hear directly from NEA members back in their states and districts on issues that matter most to educators and students.

That is why Education Votes, along with our Campaigns and Elections and Government Relations departments will be holding a training on Monday, April 10 at 7:00 pm EST on Facebook Live.

During this interactive training, you'll learn the most effective ways to contact your Members of Congress, get your message across at a Townhall event, and hear the newest talking points on the Trump-DeVos budget and private school vouchers.

Click here to RSVP for the event and we'll send you a reminder email with materials for the training on Monday.

If you can't make the live training session on Monday, April 10 at 7:00 EST, don't worry! You'll be able to watch the video on our Speak Up Facebook page as well as Education Votes.

Sincerely,
The Education Votes Team
